Now Rusty aka Hobo!
Guess What? Here is a moderate energy level American Brittany, HOBO.
Hobo is a sturdily built, handsome boy, weighting in at 45 pounds.
When playing with the resident Brittany, they usually do easy laps around the yard and play chase. Hobo listens because he knows that this is expected of him. He adjusted to our schedule easily. When riding in the car he is a gentleman, he loves being with people (gentle kisses, powder puff tag wagging and a lap sitter is allowed). He greets me vocally and I can imagine he would love to talk or tries to. The biggest challenge I see is that when Hobo is being petted he has a tendency to whine with joy. To some this may be endearing or annoying. This is something we are working on but…………………..no promises we will succeed.
Hobo will be an excellent companion in a calm environment. He has a sensitive nature. (We would not like to see his spirit broken.)
He is current on all shots, neutered, on heartworm preventative and flea and tick defense.
HISTORY: STRAY-no history is known however when he was first invited into the house Hobo stopped at the sliding glass door and tapped his foot as if to test to see if it was open. My guess is that he was an in house dog.
